ESRA support people who want to:
- make a change
- are ready to take responsibility for their own recovery
The majority of ESRA’s clients follow an abstinence based recovery pathway. We work with individuals at assessment to identify what the clients recovery goals are, and what is most likely to improve overall quality of life. If we feel you’re not yet ready to engage with recovery support, we will signpost you to another organisation, or work with your referrer to find the most suitable support for you at this time. Our recovery groups offer SMART tools and support to enable clients to manage their recovery.
Our aims are:
- Improving health and wellbeing helping those in recovery from addiction to lead healthier, happier fulfilling lives.
- To improve confidence, connectivity, and skills to further their educational, employment or career opportunities.
We take a person-centred approach, placing the client at the heart of everything we do. This approach empowers clients to take ownership of their recovery and make decisions that align with their personal goals.
